Return of the Empress

The Sith captured Empress Regent on Friday. By Saturday, the Empire mobilized to go after her on the planet Vjun. There was a fierce battle...causalties on both sides.

While the battle between the troopers and Sith went on, the Imperial Knights went to the prison where Talmerith Jael was held. Inside, there was a conversation with Melanchol and Atticus. What was said? Whatever the conversation was, Atticus came out with the Empress...safe.

What do the Sith have planned now? Only time will tell.

Imperial City Newsflash

" And Last night, The Incom Facility in the Industrial sector of Coruscant was leveled by an explosion, and caved in on itself. There seems to be structural damage to whatever the structures were below it, though they are not readily visible. Debris removal has begun, and continues through the night. The CEO of Incom, Harlan Davidson, has not yet made a statement on the situation."

Destruction in Coruscant

In a heated battle in the lower levels of Coruscant the Imperial forces have routed the Consortium from their foothold in Imperial City. The battle was not without great cost however as the entire section of the city above the base collapsed in the explosions that ripped through the area near the end of the fighting. Empress Jael has applauded the efforts of the Storm Core and all others involved in the battle and swears to honor those who lost their lives in the pursuit of bringing justice to the galaxy. Reconstruction efforts on the damaged area of the city are expected to begin within a few days

Attacks in Imperial City

IC Galactic Senate News: At the previous senate meeting on Coruscant, an assassination attempt was planned for Atticus Jetaime (Representative of the New Potentium of Unification). Thankfully Representative Jetaime and the other influential figures (including Chancellor Talmerith Jael) were evacuated from the opera house. The Teras Kasi, a group of force users, are being held responsible for the attack. Both the Teras Kasi & The Consortium are in fact active threats to the galaxy.

A security door has been installed in the opera house to prevent future assassinations. The meetings will only be accessable to senators, representatives, advisors, and witnesses. If you wish to be on the accessable list, contact Empress Talmerith Jael for further information.
